Transitional Housing
We are proud to share plans for the future launch of our Transitional Housing Program in Richmond, Virginia, created to support young adults ages 16–25 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of housing instability.
This program is designed to provide more than shelter—it offers a safe, supportive pathway toward independence, stability, and long-term success. With adequate funding and community support, we will create a nurturing, home-like environment where young people can begin to rebuild and thrive.
Program Highlights
Safe & Affordable Housing Participants will live in a secure, supportive setting that promotes dignity, stability, and a sense of belonging while preparing them for independent living.
24/7 On-Site Support Caring, trained staff will be available around the clock to provide guidance, encouragement, crisis support, and connections to essential resources.
Personalized Case Management & Counseling Each young adult will receive individualized support focused on education, employment readiness, life skills development, and access to mental health and wellness services—helping them build a clear plan for long-term stability.
Our Vision
Our goal is to empower young adults to overcome immediate housing challenges while gaining the tools, confidence, and support needed to achieve self-sufficiency. We are committed to walking alongside each participant as they work toward a brighter, more stable future.
This program is currently in the planning and fundraising phase. With the support of donors and community partners, we can turn this vision into a life-changing reality for young people in Richmond.
