William T. Wooldridge, III, better known as Bigg Bill, is a lifelong resident of Richmond, Virginia. He is a graduate of Richmond Public Schools and earned his academic diploma before continuing his education at Virginia State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, with concentrations in welding and automotive technology. William dedicated his professional career to public service, beginning in juvenile corrections with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He later advanced through the ranks within juvenile detention services, ultimately serving as a Community Program Supervisor for Hanover County. His commitment to youth and families extended beyond his professional roles, leading him to become a therapeutic foster parent, a role he continues to serve in today.

Throughout his career, William has remained deeply committed to ensuring that all children—whether in his home or under his supervision—receive fair, equitable, and compassionate care. His most recent role was with the City of Richmond, where he served as Program Manager overseeing all juvenile and adult court-ordered community service programs. William’s passion for community work, particularly with children and families, continues to guide his service. He is honored to serve as a Board Member of Divine Inspirations, where he looks forward to supporting the organization’s mission of strengthening the community one individual and one family at a time.
